Pretty sure "The Pit" off of West 3rd has no such restrictions- ditto all the private lots. & sorry (not really) your Wolverines got smoked. My lack of technology background may have contributed to that. I know how to make words work...and how to get people unsettled at times with the use of them...(see: Woody) not so much with tech.
