calfoxwc
No, I didn't say that. But children have access to listen to radio, and that is offensive to children, which makes it offensive to those who care about children. Americans should be allowed, given extreme provocation, to protect the well-being of their children. You claimed before that there is no such thing as abuses of freedoms. Thanks for agreeing with me, finally. So, you aren't REALLY meaning what you said, you just want to argue. If someone is talking grotestquely about sex on the radio, and you find that your children just heard it, that is offensive. It's too late to just "turn it off". Society has rights to put a clamp down on abuses. You can quibble and whine about the definition of what constitutes -legitimate- abuse all you want. But what I started out saying is absolutely true. Now, ready to accept my challenge? Name one instance where national conservatives/Republications tried to stop critical free speech of liberals complaining about Republican policies. That is still the challenge. Nobody on the liberal side has accepted either. You aren't alone.
