EOP, Pell grants and other forms of government aid have existed for decades and no one has been harmed. If you want to make the point those who have a family income are receiving a benefit that they shouldn’t, ok, that can probably be reasoned out since the current income standards are lower. I thought he might try to discuss middle class Americans bearing a larger tax burden to pay for these programs but he may not have evidence that this is the case.
