calfoxwc
Well done, Judge. HE knows the UCMJ. Jailing him was a political emotional knee jerk response that some should look at as illegal and politically motivated cya. He will get his HONORABLE DISCHARGE. Of course he will. The arrest and jailing was a travesty. Certain military brass should get investigated for their garbage. This soldier has the HONOR they do not have. Yep - GOOD JOB JUDGE. https://redstate.com/bonchie/2021/10/15/marine-who-was-imprisoned-for-speaking-against-afghanistan-incompetence-receives-surprise-sentence-n457366
FairHooker11
Good for him (Lt.Col Scheller) entering civilian life was his goal - it was probably worth it to have spoken out then gone through the process of court martial; and thankfully benefit from the BS tactics of the prosecution in order to get discharged honorably, with only 1 months lost pay. The best outcome is no longer having to serve under Biden.
DieHardBrownsFan
I don't think entering civilian life was his goal. With 17 years of active duty, I'm sure retirement was his goal.
FairHooker11
ok -semantics civilian life would include going onto something else, maybe even within DOD? Retirement includes the benefits gained and go golf.. Both are good

It hasn't been decided yet whether he will receive an Honorable or a General Discharge yet. That's up to the Secretary of the Navy.
