You can move this after veterans get a chance to see it. Not everyone goes to The Barber Shop. Everyone goes to the Football Board.

It's a list of places to get free meals and other discounts which will be updated as they learn of more during the next several days.  

You can go to breakfast, lunch and dinner at 3 different places if you wish. No charge.

And bless the VA... it can be a bitch to get into (all thanks to a legacy of misaligned information systems), but once in their satisfaction ratings are very good...

This data also comes as the VA balances its community care benefit as a part of the MISSION Act. The community care access program, which went live in June 2019, aims to connect veterans facing extraordinary care access barriers within the VA with a civilian healthcare provider that can provide acces.

On a one-to-five scale, VA medical centers received a 3.28 in overall ratings, compared to 3.38 ratings for non-VA facilities. VA medical centers received a 2.87 for a summary rating for the overall hospital stay, which was about on par with the 2.92 civilian hospitals received.Jul 23, 2020.

Of course a close comp to our civilian a care level is like damning with faint praise... except my lil city.of ~85k has attracted... I still marvel at the med talent here.
