I can see why they want to do that but ultimately this is playing catch up for guys who have mostly passed away. I don’t think it will change anything either way other than being a PR move.

My wife’s grand father and grand uncle came back from WWII and went to an HBCU (had no choice) and bought property where they weren’t redlined out. I imagine a lot of those guys did.
