Kosar_For_President
Plan on having a Yard Sale or Garage sale? you better check with Big Brother first. Talking about the long arm of the federal government. How many times have you bought something used and not expected it to be new like or not break apart or break down. Total Control over every aspect of living, whats next a nanny cam inside every home. check out this article Seller, beware: Feds cracking down on secondhand sales of some products "makes it a crime to resell anything that's been recalled by its manufacturer" So it's OK to sell a baby seat that would have the baby fly through the windshield? OK, good, got it. It's not because the product broke down from usage, it didn't work in the FIRST PLACE, lol. So the Salvation Army sells you a recalled defective car seat, your kid dies and you chalk it up to, OH WELL, as long as the government isn't involved. No harm, no foul. There are many people who sell second hand shit for a living (and a good living, my father does it) and should be aware what they are selling. He doesn't sell baby items or security items because of this fact. So they are selling these products out of the back of their car or garage, they don't need to follow the LAW? Come on T, you can spew hate better then this. Sorry T, I don't usually say this about you, but you got OWNED.
Mr. T
Hey asshat kosar, its already a law that you cannot to used car seats. Not really being owned its about being a nanny state. Hell its a shame your parents didnt put you in a car seat when you were little. Then when your dad slammed on the breaks so many times you wouldn't of hit your head on the windshield. Maybe thats why you suffer from brain damage. Or was it from all of the second hand smoke inside the car.
