The latter get ignored or only one day in jail. the former...get prison, solitary, false prosecution by the fbi/clinton campaign, cia, doj, demrats in Congress.... red flag laws - the left will happily spawn false charges against any conservative 2nd Amendment supporter. You watch it happen. The left will deliberately NOT include false charges into the law. That is what they want the law for - to be abused for the left. Everything is a weapon to the left. Quote
