it's been going on for decades. An entire subculture has been taught, yes, at an early age - that everything is everybody else's fault. The "system's" fault. "racism's" fault.

NO responsibility on their own shoulders. and, because of that, they are "owed" by society.

and politicians keep playing them for fools over and over and over again, election after election.

Those kids don't respect themselves, or anyone else. So many kids - no father in their lives,

and a mother who doesn't care for various reasons. So they grow up on the street - anti-social, cold blooded criminal types.
