Nothing if you want the rich to not have to worry about paying taxes and are OK with mistake being made because of out of date process and tools. I guess that is what you want. Make sure the govt can't do it it's job, so you can complain about it. Seem with the roads and bridges. Not sure why you even want to live in this country, if you want it to fail so badly.

Any document that is produced as part of the duties of the President of US are property of the Office of the President of the US. Not the actual person. Ask Cheetos, he just has to release the warrant and we will know what they were looking for. Sorry I'm not going guess on what that moron would steal.
