ClevelandFanForLife Posted September 11, 2009 Report Posted September 11, 2009 Today marks the eight year anniversary of one of the darkest days in American history. We all remember where we were when this happened and we will never forget those feelings we felt when those bastards murdered innocent lives. 343 firefighters and over 100 police officers gave their lives that day as well as countless numbers of innocent civilians in those buildings. These men and women are heroes and should be remembered as so forever. God bless their families as well as all families who suffered from this horrible day. It's days like this that makes us remember how lucky we are to live in such a great nation and how unimportant things like sports can be. Thank you to all those firefighters, police officers and service members who have fought, are currently fighting, will fight for us in the future or serve and defend this great nation. Our freedoms only exist because of you.
