BrownIndian
BEREA, OHIO(AP) —Browns running back Jamal Lewis(notes) was limited in practice Wednesday because of an unspecified neck injury. Lewis showed nice bursts of speed while running for 57 yards in the season-opening loss to Minnesota. He went down with an apparent stinger in his neck after a 15-yard run in the first half. Linebacker David Bowens(notes) (knee), wide receiver Mohamed Massaquoi(notes) (shoulder) and nose tackle Shaun Rogers(notes) (foot) were listed as limited on coach Eric Mangini’s injury report. It was the first injury report completed by Mangini since he was fined $25,000 by the NFL for his role with the New York Jets in failing to report quarterback Brett Favre’s(notes) arm injury last season. Also, rookie running back James Davis did not participate in practice because of a shoulder injury suffered against the Vikings. The Browns will play at Denver on Sunday. Broncos cornerback Champ Bailey(notes) (ankle) and safety Brian Dawkins(notes) (hand) did not practice Wednesday. TheClevelandSound
well hey, if the Bronx dont have Champ or Dawkins, we need to spread the D. But it looks like Harrison will get alot of playing time, even tho i think Davis or Lewis will get action by Sunday.
