If you look at that number versus the number of millennials who are in a position to replace them, and not just in manufacturing and healthcare but also leadership positions, there is a huge gap that we are going to be short thousands and thousands of people.”" They are using the economy as an excuse to 'repopulate' areas. If employers have good jobs and fair pay then they'll get the workers. I know a lot of people who can't find things when they look yet all we hear about are openings.
