cccjwh Posted October 23 Report Posted October 23 The Daily help me understand the young men voting for Cheetos. Young women are easy to understand, Cheetos took away some of their rights and they are pissed off about it. For a lot of young men their are just whiny pussies just like Cheetos. Everything bad that happens to you, is someone else's fault. They don't want to go to college cause learning is hard, but they want to still get paid like they did. They are such weak beta males they think Cheetos is an alpha male. So a bunch of weak, poorly educated, betas want a "strong" person to tell them what to do and give them stuff cause life is unfair. https://www.nytimes.com/2024/10/23/podcasts/the-daily/gender-election.html A stark new gender divide has formed among the country’s youngest voters. Young men have drifted toward Donald Trump, while young women are surging toward Kamala Harris. As a result, men and women under 30, once similar in their politics, are now farther apart than any other generation of voters. Quote
MLD Woody Posted October 23 Report Posted October 23 All the Andrew Tate, grindset monthly courses, man o sphere, blame others (women) for your problem young males hopefully grow out of that shit. These types of influencers online have had a terrible affect on young males. Especially those that feel like they don't have anything going for them currently Quote

I’ve heard the name Andrew Tate but l’ve never seen his work. I hung with about 4 minutes of this video before l had my fill. I don’t care for his speaking style. He over enunciates plosives (for you linguistic nerds out there) and his accent waffles around, though l do understand he’s somehow American and British. Pretty depressing content too, though l’m not sure he’s not wrong. It does seem the arrow has been steadily trending down for the middle class since the 50s. I think there’s a couple factors at play. We’re now living at a time where people who don’t know life without the internet are voting, or could vote. Lazy 20 somethings and all. A lot of their mojo for life has something to do with a screen, and that’s not always the case for some of us older folk. We also know that if you say outrageous shit on a consistent basis, you will gain a following. We know this from people like Howard Stern, who is old hat at this point, but he carved out a career doing it. Hell, Charles Manson has a following. Quote
