no, you are wrong again. It's a federal law, that was INTERPRETED politically in favor of the dems wanting illegals to vote. The federal judge is an obaMao appointee.

The law states that a state cannot SYSTEMICALLY CHANGE VOTER ROLLS within 90 days.

Now, biologically - systemic refers to the entire body.

In terms of voter rolls, a change would have to affect the entire voter roll.

1600 names of self admitted ILLEGALS is NOT SYSTEMIC.

Furthermore, the entire population of Virginia is 8,626,210.

so.... does 1600 come anywhere near 8,626,210? That should be an easy question for anyone. Even you.

So, the federal law does NOT APPLY in this case. It will be overturned.
