Daniel Penny verdict: Jury still deliberating after top charge dropped!!!

So basically they can't convict him for man slaughter, rightfully so after I heard the evidence, so now let's at least charge him with something?

"criminally negligent homicide charge"

Hopefully the jury will each the same verdict, if he's innocent of man slaughter then he's innocent altogether.

It was the criminals own actions that caused him to be placed under needed control.

What is amazing, that this was ever brought to court. The man who died was alive being attended by paramedics and died later at the hospital? do i have that right? But, Penny was white, and the victim was black. So, the deliberation is probably? a matter of "we will be hated and protested and threatened if we don't say he's guilty of something"

So now BLM right on cue is threatening to burn down cities if Penny walks free,... Im getting tired of this negro-muslim/marxist bullshit!!... I hope Trump has them all arrested.. Their assets seized and given to all the people who lost their businesses over this shit!

alvin bragg is a dirtbag - those charges were political/racial. There should be consequences for these

"get the white guy" lawsuits. The "prosecutor" kept mentioning "the white guy" or something like that during the trial.

The jury had blacks and hispanics on it, too - they honestly make their decision. I hope the haters don't go after them.

The family are enraged, and trying to make it "all us black folk".

   Yeah, they will surely file a civil suit to try to "win the lottery".

Which, btw, if you are INNOCENT, why should there be a civil suit???
