Pumpkin Eater
Sanchez has crossed that dreaded "3 games and you're scouted" line in the NFL. It's Merril Hoge who said it best on NFL Matchup. It only takes 3 NFL game films for good NFL coaches to lock up your tendencies, reads, etc. Now that Sanchez has crossed that line, he's beginning to struggle somewhat. But this happens to all rookie QBs sooner or later, even ones like Sanchez who has all of the complimentary things you mention, Ate. By the way, love posting here. Not going anywhere. It only took one or two games on Quinn.
82OZZIE82
Sanchez is the classic look good in college, but aint gonna amount to a heap a crap in the NFL QB. Book it. Just a step above JaMarcus Awful...
mopaji
Very dumb post dude. What the hell does a Sanchez thread have to do with DA? I'll tell you! Sanchez yesterday is an example of a QB losing the game for his team. What DA did yesterday was an example of an average QB performance on a bad team and losing a game. So, for the people that think DA lost the game yesterday, watch the Jets game from yesterday. I think that's what you thought you saw in Pittsburgh. Mark O
Sanchez throws pick #5 on the day. I'll give him a pass though, he said he's not used to the mid 40 degree temps. He's from SoCal...then went to USC...he's never even practiced in weather below 50 degrees. Still a pretty poor performance from the QB.
