TN Browns Backer
Ted Tebow! First pick for Browns in 2010 draft.QB Fresh Start. What do you think? So we can have 4 QB's on the roster who cant throw to receivers? No thanks. He will be a good TE but we have more pressing needs
Sez.EJ
without a defense.. and supporting staff no qb will be successful.. We need to build a structure first..then get the qb.. brining in another qb without the support structure in place just dooms the next qb to fail like all the rest have.. Mark O
Ted Tebow! First pick for Browns in 2010 draft.QB Fresh Start. What do you think? Is Ted Tebow Tim's brother? Hopefully he's the brother who could actually be an NFL QB instead of a really good college QB who has no future as an NFL QB/
JoeSixPat
Boy - in hindsight it's too bad that Mangini couldn't have figured out some way to move into position in the draft to get Sanchez. He seems like a keeper.
Drunkandstoopid
For this year, keep whichever of DA or BQ, bring in a decent journeyman via trade or free agency to compete with whoever's left of this year's mess, and draft a QB in maybe round 5-6 if you think a sleeper is available. The Browns have several more pressing needs than QB before they'll be a successful team. Set up for a QB drafted high in '11 MAYBE, but get the horses in the trenches, maybe a shutdown corner or some special linebacker talent first then you can surround a QB with potential for success. He seems like a keeper. Isn't Sanchez settling in behind many of the guys Mangini put in place the last few years? He'd probably not look like so much of a keeper if he were here this year. It might be best to give it a year or two, then give a hotshot QB a try. Part of why he's having some success very well could be due to the work Mangini's done with the Jets the last few seasons. Sez.EJ
you mean the sanchez that threw 5 int's to the Bills? The sanchez that went into a team with a SOLID foundation and an opportunity to succeed because he has a good defense and last years leading rusher. .. he has players around him... If he came here he would suck..... WE HAVE NO STRUCTURE to help a qb yet.. You really think a rookie qb can carry a team who's defense is ranked last in the nfl and giving up an average of 25 points per game? and no running game to support him?
