The closest bright streak i can think of is to put rob ryan as the coach - rehire RAC as DC and try Mike MArtz in OC if he is still unemployed. I loved Quinn until I saw what he did this season and firing the head coach and the O-Coordinator would just set back this team farther. Mangini is going nowhere after this week other than home to prepare for the game after the bye week. He isn't getting fired in the middle of the season.
