We hired a private security firm to protect nearly 1/4 of our nukes. All due to Budget cuts on our military. Maybe Obama will get another peace award for this one. But does anyone read into this a bit more. Civilian police Sgt. Kimberly Munley stepped into the line of fire to stop the deadly shooting at Fort Hood. She was doing traffic duty.
