The Ice Bowl, Green Bay 12/31/1967 vs. Dallas Cowboys -13 degrees, -48 wind chill. 2. 1/10/1982 Cincinnati AFC title game vs. San Diego, -9 degrees, -59 wind chill. 3. 1/7/1996 Kansas City vs. Colts. -6 degrees (no wind chill reported) 4. 1/4/1981 Cleveland vs. Raiders -5 degrees (no wind chill reported). Fu**ing Red Right 88 5. 12/3/1972 Minnesota vs. Bears -2 degrees, -26 wind chill. Pre dome days in Minnesota 6. 12/10/1972 Minnesota vs. Green Bay 0 degree, -18 wind chill.
