Just for fun,

My pick is DA to start the season, BQ to be traded, and bringing in a proven back-up/vet who wouldn't put the

type of pressure on DA.

Given a whole year behind center to see if it really is team or him. If not then you look to the 2011 draft where you will be able to sign high potential rookies without monster contracts

it's all dependent if we go to the west coast offense. if he do, then anderson doesn't fit well because he has trouble completing short passes. quinn however is a 4-8 pass specialist. we saw that all year long.

Holmgren already said that he doesn't care what type of offense we run. In fact, he eluded to the fact that there is no pure WCO anywhere left on the planet. That will not be the deciding factor. He also said that he hasn't seen any film on brady and then a week later made a fleeting remark on how Mangini sent him some footage of Quinn. It sounded like he didn't want to break any hearts with an honest answer on Quinn. And I think he is in love with DA's arm and back in 07' when he was taking advantage of coverages all year long. That's why I think he'll go with DA. ONLY, if he and that new GM from Philly can't get Kevin Kolb to come here. Kolb by the way, was on my trade deadline wishlist last year.

Kevin Kolb now that would be the type of guy to bring in to compete with either DA or Quinn by all rights he should be able to outdo either of them two guys looking at his body of work and sucess behind mcnugget

I don't think there is any chance in hell that Philly will give up Kolb. McNabb isn't getting any younger and Kolb has looked good and is very likely cheap in terms of salary. Philly is keeping him to make him the starter once McNabb is done.

I think Quinn will be traded for a 4th/5th rounder, or thrown in with one of our picks on a trade for another player. Another QB will be picked up with the idea that they'll take over the reigns and DA will back 'em up... but as always, DA will be right in the mix come fall when it comes decision time. This time Lerner won't be choosing the QB, he'll stand back and let Holmgren and whoever the coach is decide, it could go either way.

Big Ben will start for us! We are in negotiations to get him in trade for J Lewis. Sources say he has fully recovered from all of his concussions, realizes that the Steelers are on their way down, and hopes to be part of a organization with a winning future.

Welcome Big Ben!!
