Re: Zoolander. I like a good comedy as well as anyone, and I liked Zoolander. But, the LOTR Trilogy is the greatest venture in film history.

In your opinion, and that's cool.

In my opinion, which in reality is the only opinion that counts in my book, as it is with you and yours, those movies sucked ass.

I would rather tweeze nose hairs one by one rather than watch that nonsense.

The whole Middle Earth thing to me is as about as interesting as vampires.

Another words, I'd rather listen to two dumbass Steeler fans talk football than watch any of it.

1. I'll go with Lance Armstrong

(Cheryl Crow is a close #2)

2. Zastadil (sp?)

3. music= yikes... musician of the decade? U2

4. movie.... Spiderman 2... for opening the floodgates for the comic genre (ok, i'm biased),

5. 9/11

Here is this week's survey, a 00s in review:

1. Who in your opinion was the most dominant athlete of the decade of the 00s?

Homer answer: LeBron ... Realistic answer: Peyton Manning

2. Who was the best Browns player in the 00s?

Josh "The Predator" Cribbs ... a Game Changer

3. Who was the best musical artist of the 2000s?

Three-way Tie... Flogging Molly, Drive-By Truckers & Opeth ... Three distinctly different types of music ... all three put out incredible CD's throughout the decade and all 3 kick a big pile of ass Live.

4. What was the best movie of the 2000s?

This one is really tough for me. Grindhouse ... F the critics.

5. What was the most important historical event of the 2000s?

9/11/2001 ... We cannot even begin to grasp the impact that date will hold histrically. The changes it wrought are still happening and evolving. It will be a MUCH different world 50 years from now, and MANY of those changes will be able to be traced to that event.
