I know Brian Billick is a disliked person around here....but I recall him saying once...."need is a terrible evaluator". He was referring to QB's but I think it fits with any position.

Lots of negativity about a guy who hasn't even coached a game yet. I'm a fan of his as the head coach until he gives me a reason to not support him as the head coach.
Freddie said all the right things last January as well and that didn't work out so well but I'll give this dude a chance to be the guy to turn everything around.

My pick is not changing. I'm staying with what I had from day 1 and will ride it out. Hoping to win this again even though confidence points still suck.

Sounds like the Tavern is in good hands. Now that i moved to Florida, I dropped directv and that means no sunday ticket so i'm watching at the local Browns backers bar, miss the chats during the game though I don't miss the asshats that used to come in every week but y'all have that covered now.

Yep..saw the pictures. Earthquakes are pretty tame by comparison nearly all of the time and in a lot of ways, I'll take the sudden earthquake over a week of panic in the news about a hurricane that ends up not coming within 60 miles of where you live but certainly a lot more damage from the hurricanes that nearly every earthquake i've ever felt in SoCal.

Week 1 vs. Titans will be the annual trip and tailgate. There's also talk of coming in for the 11/10 game and possibly a tailgate to also remember Stan. But the official Browns Board Tailgate game will be week 1.

jesus.... yeah...you have to be right. Everyone in the world who gets PAID to write and talk about the NFL loves the trade for the Browns and yet you must be right because someone always has to be negative about everything. Things like this remind me of why I stay away from here.

Here are the trade terms: Giants recieve a first-round pick in 2019 (No. 17 overall), the Browns' second third-round pick this year and S Jabril Peppers, source tells ESPN. Browns get Odell Beckham Jr.

It's a near certainty Kareem is facing a lengthy suspension on top of it. Latest estimates are anywhere from a low of six, to a high of twelve games...
Some guys also will never be happy no matter what the team does. Browns52 being one of those posters who does nothing but bitch and complain about everything.

That's basically where I am. Hopefully he uses the fact that he was out of a job and out of the league as a wake up call and doesn't do anything like this again. He deserves a 2nd chance but certainly not a third.
