My guess Detroit for 2 reasons. Relatively close by and more importantly to move to another outdoor stadium to escape the snow could backfire if the new location ended up getting bad weather. I know #2 is unlikely but what if they ended up with weather like the Buckeye Northwestern game.

NFL replaces Pro Bowl with 'The Pro Bowl Games' featuring weeklong skills competitions, flag football game (espn.com) I don't think I have ever watched a Pro Bowl. I get that it had a purpose 50 years ago, but with every game televised and sports channels galore, the need to "showcase" players nowadays isn't needed. Adding the possibility of some serious injuries it is past time to end the game. Now as to the Flag Football game - are you kidding me? Now if it was between the cheerleaders OK but not with the pros. Also the skills competition. Not sure what would really be worth watching. MLB has the homerun competition but not sure what could really gain excitement (maybe something like the Dr Pepper toss in college). Just my 3 cents.
