  1. 6. Going to stick with my earthquake thought and say LA 1. Atlanta 11. Thinking grain and lumber - Minneapolis 12. Charmin is made by Proctor and Gamble - headquartered in Cinci 13. Should have been easy - thinking NBA Charlotte Hornets 14. New Connecticut - thinking snowbirds moving south - Miami 19. Threw me - was thinking Birmingham Ala. Birmingham England was an industrial city - steel mills - pittsburg
  2. 3. Seattle 5. Chicago 6. San Fran 8. Home of the Rat Birds 15. Detroit Motown 16. NYC 17. Los Vegas 20. Philly (a guess as scrapple is a Pennsylvania Dutch food).
  3. B. Washington Football Team NY Jets and Giants (not only out of yhe city but out of state) Buffalo Bills San Fran Giants
  4. Oklahoma City NBA St Louis MLB Someplace in Texas or Florida
  5. Harder than I thought. Hartford (Whalers?) Buffalo (I'm guessing the Sabres moved south) Ottawa? Parma
  6. Green Bay Memphis Salt Lake City Edmonton Hamilton
  7. Don't let this distract you from the the fact that in 1966, Al Bundy scored four touchdowns in a single game while playing for the Polk High School Panthers in the 1966 city championship game versus Andrew Johnson High School, including the game-winning touchdown in the final seconds against his old nemesis, Bubba "Spare Tire" Dixon. I just couldn't resist!😁
  8. The big suburb gave me a hint. Mesa Arizona? Can't think of a "Z" (or any of the others) although doesnt Las Vegas have a very large suburb?
  9. A Austin M Minneapolis - Twins Vikings Timberwolves. Z Zanesville
  10. I think the league will do everything it possibly can to keep a team from having to sell. Brady should have retired from NE. Was talking to a Steelers fan last week and he is expecting a great season from Ben. Brees probably should. A year off is hard. I give up on Gordon. Not because of weed but when you are getting paid millions you can follow the rules. Simple as that. The group I feel the worse about are the stadium support staff (concessions, janitorial etc). They aren't high paid to start with and I doubt they are getting anything from the teams (Progessive field staff is worse off (80 games instead of 8).
  11. I knew that Cleveland Browns stadium was built where Muni stadium stood but never considered the field was on the same footprint. Who remembers this place?
  12. Only important one is the Browns - 40's and 50's. Patriots 2010's Steelers late 70's? Cowboys early 70's? Packers 60's
  13. On the Tom Brady commercial. Can I take it he is staying in NE?
