  2. Cleveland has eight days to get ready to play a Miami team that we should be handily. This will get the Browns a chance to reorganize the D-Line to prepare for the Steelers game the following week. We are locked in at going 1-0 next week for sure, and not to get ahead of ourselves but it will be a good chance to see how this line reforms with the loss of Garrett. Of course we will be getting Ogunjobi back that game, and hopefully Vernon is healthy by then as well. That should make Vernon in Myles' spot, Ogunjobi and Richardson in the middle and Chad Thomas on the other end... that's not bad. We will also hopefully be getting Chief David Njoku back this week. He will help to fortify the offense further so that takes some of the pressure off of the Defense as well. Let's hope so.
  3. So the position you are gonna take is a helmet swung is more dangerous being speared by someone wearing the same helmet? Okay, who's idiotic now?
  4. Every one of the hits that players take without a helmet on are worse than the one that blitzen took. When a player is wearing the helmet it has weight behind it. I keep hearing Myles used a deadly weapon in his "attack"... swinging an empty helmet is like a gun without bullets in it.
  5. News bulletin- Pittsburgh is full of wannabe thugs and rapists. That's their MO. And partly, mostly the reason for Myles Garrett having to play whack-a-troll with their spineless QB.

It's unbelievable to me that despite being HELD by two of Pittsburgh's offensive lineman, Garrett is somehow still able to get to their worthless QB...

    Myles Garrett is a LEGEND.

I would love to see Pouncy in an MMA ring with Garrett alone. What a gutless worm.

If we can unearth that this was schemed, Pittsburgh needs to lose draft picks.

Nearly all of these were worse than what Mason Rudolph got... but just like nearly all of these, 100 percent Mason Rudolph's own fault.

I need to find the couple of plays just before "the tap" to see if I can find other telltale signs that they were up to something nefarious.

Garrett was a wrecking ball throughout Thursday’s game, drawing multiple holding calls and providing all sorts of pressure on Rudolph, who threw four interceptions.

We're going to beat them next time as well... And anybody else that gets in our way can get it too. Six more to go. Question. Is Myles Garrett going to get a Superbowl ring at the end of the season? Can they keep it from him because of the suspension?

Myles Garrett is a beast. He is one hell of a pass rusher. He's the consummate pro and as such he's respected across the league. Everybody knows that what happened is out of character for Myles. Everybody knows Myles showing Mason the correct way to take off somebody's helmet should have been the end of it. But the sore loser mentality of Pittsburgh shown out in all it's true color when Mason could take the L and rushed back at Garrett to pick on his "bone", to lose yet another battle in an already lost war. What happened is a result of Pittsburgh being a sore loser. Pittsburgh needed to beat the Browns and they were humiliated in front of everyone on the National Stage. I'm sure they ALL had Cleveland marked as a W on their schedules but Cleveland took their sissy towels and erased them from being relevant. What Myles did was from a moment of weakness, in the heat of passion. I understand why he did it. For an instant pretend that Rudolph the snot nosed quarterback acted like a man and not a little punk on a Jerry Springer show. Myles would be holding the QB's helmet, standing in the endzone after a HUGE win that symbolized the turning of the tides. The moment Cleveland finally dethroned the big bully on the block. We all wish that Myles would have just chucked his helmet in the endzone and used his fists on Rudolph's brown nose instead. It was an accident. He REACTED when Mason came running back at him the same way anyone would have... and it worked, all of a sudden Mason stops his attack on Garrett by throwing his hands up in the air. And finally- There was no protecting your QB as Pouncy tries to say- What Pouncy did, well that's your thug, that's your dirty hit, punching and kicking a man on the ground... He should receive the rest of the season suspended as well at a minimum, he's the one that started throwing punches in a situation that was over, he escalated it even further... That was deliberate and uncalled for. I understand Garrett using whatever was in his hand to defend himself, I can't defend Pouncy.
  15. Myles and the rest of our starters should have NEVER been on the field after we went up by 14. He needed to be aware that Pittsburgh are sore losers and were baiting, or worse, trying to injure our guys. Next time with a healthy lead and no chance for the other team to come back, pull those starters.

I would upvote this but I'm out of reactions for today. This is inconceivable, that it's written in the rules and the snowflake culture can change things on a whim.
  18. To think that Myles Garrett was just punched in the face by some random fan while he's sitting in his car but he goes after poor Rudolph out of the blue for no reason during a game... right.

When I was a kid, I got into a fight with another kid, he tried to hit me with one of his boots, I took it from him and beat him with it. Live by the sword, die by the sword.

I didn't say I condone Myles' actions. He snapped, like a lot of us would in that situation. I just think it's funny that you all are gonna let Rudolph play the victim... that's what is wrong with the world today. Myles fucked up, period. But he was provoked. He should be suspended for 3 games.
