Clear as mud...

I know there were rumors floating around about possibly moving DTR, I think it's a mistake. He's a good kid, he has the tools to be successful, and he's won games for us against hated rivals. With Watson's shoulder situation, we need a young QB to develop for the future as insurance for Watson. I know there are people who don't have faith in DTR but I do. I think if he bulks up and they can continue to bring him along, he will be fine.

• The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) awarded a record $9 billion in grants to expand access to prevention, treatment, and recovery services to States and local communities.
• Passed the CRIB Act, allowing Medicaid to help mothers and their babies who are born physically dependent on opioids by covering their care in residential pediatric recovery facilities.
• Distributed $1 billion in grants for addiction prevention and treatment.
• Announced a Safer Prescriber Plan that seeks to decrease the amount of opioids prescriptions filled in America by one third within three years.
• Reduced the total amount of opioids prescriptions filled in America.

The Braves had three ace pitchers, Smoltz, Galvine, and Maddux. Yeah, that 95 Indians team was probably the best team ever put together that didn't win a title. They just ran into a buzz saw that was the Braves pitching staff.

The point I was making is all the rules changes they have made over the years and there is still a mountain of injuries every year. Concussions, torn ACL's, I'm all for making the game safer but you're never going to make the game completely safe. It seems the this new rule change isn't popular with the players. Pretty soon the game isn't going to be recognizable.
