Well the giants just released Blake Martinez. Would be a nice pickup coming off a knee injury.

May the Schwartz be with us? Over Harley? You fell for the oldest trick in the book...keeping a player just because you drafted him...saving face.

Not saying it didnt happen. Just saying why not press charges when it happened.....
They were talking about it on 100.7 here in Toledo, she was 17,at a party outside. He took her into a room with supposedly 2 other guys.....besides assaulting, they pulled piercings out...and did other things. It was reported to authorities. And i do believe they said a test was also done.

27-13 Browns, just because.

I'm not from Cleveland, and I'm not a Browns fan. I'm glad I don't have to ask myself this question because I am not sure I know the answer.
But.....Is this all worth it?
It's probably better asked as a three part question because the whole point of aquiring Watson is to pursue a Lombardi so then -----
Is it worth if the Browns don't win a Lombardi?
Is it worth it ONLY if the Browns win a Lombardi?
Is it NOT worth it even if they DO win a Lombardi?
Winning makes everyone forget....and Americans are notorious for their short term memories😉

NOPE...

Glad 2 see it staying, my favorite outlet for Browns information. Not a huge poster, but do read alot of the posts. And some just for the constant banter, be it negative or positive. Because in the end were all Dawg fans.

Business decisions in the NFL>Than moral decisions and personal opinions of fans and media.
With that, i will wait and see what Watson does on the field.
If he wins here..it all goes away, and if you say "but, but" just look at the history of violence, charges, etc in the NFL.

Wish they look at Bobby Wagner.

Damn shame, with that do you see them trying to speed up the development of Togia?sp had some snaps this season.
-
If not Baker than who? Not like this draft has anyone salivating over a qb. As someone else mentioned. Carr would be a possibility.
A strong MLB. Maybe prying Bobby Wagner away from Seattle to mentor and solidify our lb's. Go after another lb in the draft. Unless you think Phillips is the answer. Smith is getting old. And ev1 seems down on Wilson.
Need some beef in the middle, Tonia? Will he develop? Again someone said Richardson. Need the space eaters.
Finally a #1 receiver that can stay healthy. Seems to be some in this draft, and we might be in position to get one. But do we take that chance hoping he's the next Chase/Jefferson. I guess they could be if our Qb play is up to it.
D coordinator..I'm not sold on Woods. Yes we had injuries, but all that talent...
3great rb's d earnest is a urfa do we k÷p him? Great motor and runs hard and seems to be durable.
Let Stef coach and that's it.

Jaylon smith was just released by the Cowboys, who I believe are still on the hook for his 7.5m salary according to reports. I would take him over JC in a Cleveland minute.
-
JOK, really impressive! Once he reads, like a missile!

Tyrell Adams was just cut by the Bills, the guy had a great season last year in Houston, but was buried behind the Bills lb corps. Might be a good addition to shore up the lb.

He was having a good camp and will have a role when he gets healthy.
Ward and Newsome will start outside and Hill inside. A.J. Green has a real chance to step up as the 4th corner while Greedy is out, but I expect Greedy will grab that Job when he's healthy.

Agree, but like your last sentence said "when he's healthy" it's been a while, and looking at his past history, doesn't project well. Hope I'm wrong.
-
Greedy just can't stay on the field due to injuries. Anyone think we would be better off by just cutting bait? There will be surprise cuts, and sure there is a solid CB out there that can stay healthy. It's to bad.

You don't.
We have exactly 2 million in non-rollover cap space.. and that's assuming the cap does not decrease from 2020.
It makes for a much less entertaining thread, but the entire concept that the Browns "Have Cap Space" is at best misinformation - aka clickbait.
Well he is coming off a Achilles injury, and has a injury history, 1 year prove it deal. Just like all the other prove it deals.

Is this a joke too?
I’m struggling right now
Was reading a article, where they were talking about some players being cap casualties or just being let go. Alexander was mentioned due to the fact that Davis and Baun were coming back and there. I'll see if I can find it again. So take it for what it's worth.
-
Read an article that says Kwon Alexander might be a cap casualty, if I had my choice I'll take a 26 year old LB over a 32 year old DE.
-
Good season, although the loss sucks. But looking to the offseason, 12-5 looks a whole lot better to free agents then 0-16,5-12. With a solid coach, skill players on O, I see more FA absolutely considering Cleveland now, more so than in the past.
-
I'll give one to the maligned secondary, to face what, 68 passes and bend, bend, and bend some more. Sure they gave up 38, put they also had 4 picks
-
One game at a time now....lol

Lol, he does have a few ints. But he is a solid lb, would be an upgrade over Phillips/walker. If his knee is back to 💯.
