I'll give Cow-pie credit at least for pointing this out. Other than beating Kansas with regularity, Kingsbury's coaching record sucks against the rest of the college ranks....

Reminds me of the Al Golden hire in Miami at Miami University... I believe Donna Shalala was Athletic director then....

Nick,  I hope you are right. I have always maintained that the reason the Browns continue to suck is that they have purposely refused to participate in drafting the very top tier playmakers. Winslow, Manziel, Quinn, and we refuse Big Ben, Petersen, Wenz, and on it goes. I want this team to win, because honestly another losing season pretty much will have me bored to death. My interest is on its last leg as it is.

If I am being honest, I believe the Browns completely fukced up another draft. I believe the proper draft was Barkley at #1, and whichever of the three 6"5" top QBs was left at #4. My gut tells me this is going to be another year of watching the guys we didn't take run wild. Sadly, if we do blow this again, it's time to find a new team No more "rebuilding" for me.

    Well Tom..

One can only go on so long bitching about the team, etc. At some point the pendulum , does swing your way... Eventually.. As long as Hue just plays team administrator.. I'm cool with that as long as he's letting the Coaches, coach.. Staying out of team scouts way. And Jimmy and Dee follow suit... I'm not that big a Barkley fan..... I thought Rashaad Penny looked a litt better.. But.. I think this kid Nick Chubb we drafted , could be special... He's elusive as hell.. Hes gonna have get up to NFL shape.. But once he does,,, I think this kid can do well for us...Baker seems to be doing well... I'm expecting this team to be fun to watch...

EDIT: Next time Training Camp resumes , they do it in pads!!!.. Then we'll see what we've got!

  3. Very sad to see this...Now when I think of this.. and the stupid bike stuff.. And then I think of how Big Ben could've been drafted by the Browns.. BUT! BUT! BUT! the great Andrew "Butch" Davis intervened.. And drafted "WIN-SLOW"... There's that sound that goes "THUD" And your heart sinks back to reality.. But this year figures to be different.. "fingers crossed"

  4.

Why this is so sad.. because My cousin used to run personal errands for him.. When he was a ball boy/training staff for the browns.. He literally trusted the young man with his ATM card and personal vehicle. Kellen Winslow Jr. was a good man who for whatever reason.. Has fallen mighty hard. I would venture to say Drugs and a broken relationship are most likely the top causes. I hope he finds some help... And more importantly , finds himself.. Before he does something irrevocable...

Who? Rodman...or DJT?  (answer is: yes).   But no, its true, Dennis Rodman and Kim Jung Un  cozied up on a couple of occasions.  Not sure any real diplomacy was being conducted, but they did meet.  Apparently Kim is a fanboy of The Worm.

Sorry for not being clearer but , yes DJT comes off rather daft.. I'm not saying he's dumb.. It would benefit him , if he could orate his thoughts better...

Just a little bit.  But, on the other hand, didn't he basically serve as our lead diplomat with the North Korean dictator?

Was never aware of that... I hope you are joiking in that regard.. Because.. I would not want him speaking on behalf of Americans.. Although.. Whether or not you like the present Commander and Chief..... You have to admit.. He comes off rather daft at times....

I agree he is the Greatest.

But you use Steve Kerr as an argument? Nice little sharpshooter, but averaged 6 points per game.

He had Pippen and Grant for the first three and Pippen and Rodman the last three.

Pippen is a HOF and Top 50 all-timer.

Rodman was one of the best defensive players in NBA history.

Grant was an All-Star and big time rebounder.

    The rest were role players.

    Zombo

No argument... I forgot about Rodman.. Just because I remember him more in Detroit.. But now I recall he went all sissy and cross dressed .. Kerr I saw more as a ball distributer and more of a floor organizer if that makes sense...

  8. Well.. I'm just gonna say it.. LBJ is the GOAT!.. Jordan had Pippen and Steve Kerr.. LBJ has had basically garbage around him.. and is making history by dragging a bunch of castoffs to the brink of going to the NBA finals, What this young man is doing is unprecedented in the Historic Annals of Basketball and Sports in general. Every time I think I've seen it all from LeBron.. He does something even more exciting than the last.. Yes.. Jordan was definitely the greatest in his era.. No disrespect to MJ. But.. Theres a new Sheriff in town.. His name is LeBron James!... Go Cavs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. 1993619202_TheKing!.jpg.4b1ce083e16cb6d8b68d29d63e102b09.jpg

Sure sounds like he'll be starting soon enough. And yeah seeing him 2x a year might suck for a long time.

People who think he can only run... He's just a scrambler,  can't hurt people passing it... etc... Will be sorely mistaken.

Reading College Defenses is nothing like reading NFL defenses.... They are almost 2 completely different animals...

Were you around the year the Raiders won the Superbowl and they attempted to interview CB Lester Hayes? He was totally unintelligible. But a professor of speech therapy saw it, called him with a diagnosis of what he heard and offered to work with him. The next time there was a TV interview the following season he was a changed speaker. The 13 INTs, 2 Fum Rec. that season should have put the 5 time pro-bowler in he HOF. He' still waiting.

yeah, I just can't remember what year that was...

Hoorta explained who Bobby Garrett is.    #1 overall pick in the draft by the Browns.....who could not play because his speech defect was so bad he could not communicate the plays to his teammates in the huddle, and could not call the plays at the line of scrimmage.

Unfortunate for him... I had a speech impediment due to being born with a split pallet that eventually healed.. I took speech therapy classes when I was in Elementary school.. I had difficulty with R's , S's , T's and L's... I overcame it pretty darn well.. My ability to enunciate improved because of it.. I have also been Hearing Impaired since birth... And am legally blind in My left eye.. I never let disabilities stop me from living.. I became an accomplished musician despite the obstacles in My way...

Tyrod at least speaks recognizable English. Is Jackson's mom a certified agent? Refused to run a 40. Just sayin' Tour- there's indications Lamar isn't exactly too bright.

This knucklefuk will have a tough time barking out signals in loud stadiums like Cleveland, Denver and Seattle.. My advice to Jackson.. Seek out a speech therapist.. He needs one badly....
