  1. You not know about hunt fam? Like real?
  2. I won't begrudge an opinion. Much of that is valid, sports...people in general... hypocritical with sliding scales. I'm an engineer...and even I get more slack because I'm damn good at what I do. So, if if it's so offensive that people who do shitty things make a lot of money in entertainment, by all means, try to shut it down. Otherwise, don't watch if you don't like it. This position is not condoning anything...rather, I just happen to understand shitty people exist everywhere. Having rare talent, in any field, means your services are worth more. And someone will pay for those services. This is the reality of capitalism, and American in general. Point being, hunt was not criminally charged. He's absolutely deserves a civil penalty. If he pays that penalty, checks his life, then he has the possibility to come out a better man. Check the contract, he gets nothing unless he checks every box, and there's a lot of boxes. I appreciate the opinion piece, but dude wasn't charged, and thus has a right to work.
  3. Flip the script...how would one feel if hunt was a brother, husband, son? This is what's fun about gunz....master of the obvious. Unfortunately, he seems to think he's found some new revelation that one's proximity to an issue has an affect on said person's opinion. Someone call the Norwegian Nobel committee....we gotta fuking genius on our hands 🤣 Tell me gip...how would you feel if hunt signed with the Steelers or pats?
  4. Don't let all the cap space fool you. It's all spoken for after the next 2 seasons. There's no clowny coming to the land even if, by some miracle, he hits the market. With as many players on rookie deals as the browns have, Dorsey is going to have a hard time retaining them all as is. I just don't see the mega deal players this year. However, Dorsey also had the chiefs in cap hell by the time he left, so you may very well get your wish.
  5. like that...he's our thug...🤣 tbh, im a bit uneasy considering his entire past. rough upbringing for sure, never had a good role model. 3 assaults over a few years, one being on a female. self control is very difficult to learn, and you know players are targets for jersey chasers or meatheads looking for a fight. unless he realizes this and makes a concerted effort to change his response, i fear old habits will come back. at this moment, no problem with the browns trying to rehab a young man that could greatly benefit down the road, not only the franchise but society. had hunt been ostracized from the league, i find it highly likely he'd end up in jail.
  6. bottom of page 1...gipper make 2 comments about it. top of page 2, hoorta and ATOM comment. that was the extent of that train of thought. such a dynamic and riveting topic, eh? well, since you seem to have already forgotten what was discussed in that thread, ill leave this here for you to mull over for a minute or 2.
  7. not to be a dick, but its not a very good point. toss out a hypothetical that cannot be proven under the circumstances, make a bold claim that also cannot be proven or verified. what history? are you going to provide it? because the end conclusion of your point is that all football fans are like minded, do not have individual thoughts or feelings, and lack nuance in examining situations with different circumstances. how is it that you seem to know everyone else's thoughts on something that hasn't even happened? by one member of this board. but to hear you tell it, its common internet chatter. why would you need to exaggerate that? sorry...i dont see any relevance to this point youre making. as if the observation that fans will typically tolerate more negativity for their own team than other teams is some new revelation...congrats, you discovered humanity's fickle nature.
  8. Hilliard...Dayes was let go last year and got picked up by another team. Hilliard got some quicks, but he's just not on hunts level.
  9. First and foremost, look into kitchens use or 3 RB sets and wing T. Considering Duke and hunts ability to catch the ball, having a stable of versatile backs allows for an immense amount of offensive creativity. Baker spreads the ball around anyway, so if Duke values stats over winning, he can go. Depth isn't a bad thing. In this case, hunts getting some type of suspension. 4...6...8 games ... Who knows maybe more. Under no circumstances is Duke going anywhere until there's a replacement and hunt gets on the field. Hyde hung around till they were sure Chubb was good to go. By the time hunts ready, we're in a playoff push, hunt has fresh legs, no one has any film on his usage, and dukes already gonna have an established role.
  10. Why trade him? Is there some wrong with having good depth players?
  11. So, nfl is celebrating 100 years...but there's only 53 championships? 🤔
  12. It's about being about to relate to these kids 😉
  13. Wilt, DB coach for Green bay past 11 years, appears to be joining the browns as well.
  14. Cause we know draft slot determines how good a QB will be. The list of names jersey was all late round picks I guess 🤔
