yeah, when you change coaches, there is always concern....thats a good point you bring up.....it can't be good to keep changing coaches yr after yr the way this team does. and that is obvious by the lack of success throughout the yrs.....however some of the coaches we hired is like yikes, someone forgot to do their homework before hiring this guy....happens too often with this team...

hard to say....the way things are now, you can call holding on just about every play....after this season, i hope they ease up on what constitues holding both on the ol and the db's.......way too many flags....

there is alot of things that should have been ironed out in training camp....my biggest issue is the discipline....all the foolish penalties...have there been some bad calls...certainly....i don't know what is going on with the refs, however the browns are not the only team that have bad calls against them either...it's all over the league...but the discipline part, that is on the hc.....right now, i don't think he is the man to take the browns anywhere....maybe it changes, who knows...all i know is i am totally friggin frustrated the way things are going, especially the way we ended last season....i thought we'd build on that but obviously we are not...

good point....only problem with that is we have players that are not going to put up with it very long....if that starts to go out of control....look out below....

he's made some bad throws no doubt....but as you say, receivers have something to do with it also and probably the oc....ol line blocking issue is definetly another issue....it all adds up....i don't know if we can correct all of the issues at once...we'll see...it's do or die time....

yeah, something is going on...we should not look as bad as we do....your point on running a 4/3 every now and then is a good idea in my opinion...why not, nothing else is working...

was not all williams fault....jets qb played awful...put their d in bad situations....plus it was the pats....if it was us, jets would not have been shutout and our woeful redzone offense would not have scored anywhere near 33 pts......kitchens has some talent on offense...the ol stinks so he does not have all the talent that you think he has because with all these so called skilled players, they ain't doin shit except for chubb....until we fix the ol, we have limited talent there....

in williams defense, the offense is putting their defense in terrible situations....also these are the pats....this is what they do...doesn't matter who the coach is on the other side.....lets see what kitchens and the dc do against them on sunday.....i think its going to be uuuuuuugly.......

only thing i can think of is the changing of the coaches...freddie cannot concentrate on baker like he did last yr and he was a good oc....we have a new oc...i think ol coach....freddie has too much responsibility now that he is hc....i don't know, nothing else makes sense to me....

our d is not playing well at all....i think last i looked we were ranked 30th or something like that.....2 starting d's not playing because of injury does not make us 30th because they are out.....our front 7 except for garrett sucks big time....

its amazing....we should be building on what happened during the second half of last season.....now we look as bad as any coaching regime we have had since the comeback....very disappointing......

i am a browns fan njumber 1 but also a football fan....love the game....so i give credit where credit is due....after watching the ravens beat seattle, i think our chances for the division are not very good and we better watch out because the steelers are on our heels...as far as the wildcard goes....i think that will be a long shot but we shall see....

i agree....you could not say it any better than how ypu put it.....all that hoopla about the browns going to the playoffs and superbowl...well, it is all coming back to what you said and how i saw it before the season started....novice coach....novice qb....but you know gip, we did not have to have a novice coach ...we were on the right track the second half of last yr and in my opinion, we should have built on that...instead it appears we are going backward...not good...

you are one hundred percent correct....i only wish the browns were as physical as them....don't want to play them now...and yes, i think it was an anomaly....our only hope is that jackson gets injured...don't want to wish that on anyone....not a serious injury maybe a hammi or something that will keep him sidelined for a while to see if we can get back in this thing because right now i think jackson is not only pumping up the offense, he's got the whole team quite pumped up...

very seldom do i hear vernons name even mentioned throughout the game...once and awhile i hear richardsons name.....very disapointed with both lines...i know shoebert is giving it his all, but the lb's are not very good either....looks like gordon may be out against us when we play the pats....here is a qb in brady that has very limited mobility....dang, if we only had a good pass rush....can't rely on garrett on every play.....

i agree with what you said.....playcalling is not good....we do need an ol and a dl...our d is worse than our o.....injuries do not help the cause, but even with those starting db's in there, we have no physicality at the db position at all...our lb's suck....we let teams run amuk....we have garrett and an occasional play here and there by somone else, otherwise the d is terrible....right now overall, we stink....

did not see your post...but i said basically the same thing....only if we play our best game, i said the refs will hand it to the pats....pats always get the home cookin at foxboro....i see us at 2-5 which most likely ends our season of hoping to make the playoffs....
