No other Browns player heard it. No Steeler player heard it. No white player heard it. No other BLACK players heard it. No Hispanic player heard it. Steeler black coach goes public defending his white QB (who sucks as a QB)
Myles should have responded like this when that complete STRANGER pimp SLAPPED HIM in his vehicle that day.

Pshaw.....if those guys do not give their highest degree of effort and aggression at all times, then they should be on the bench or on the street.
Are you saying effort and emotion are steady and not up and down ? If I were to look across the line and yell......" ALL YOUR LINEBACKERS ARE BITCHES", I will be the focus of increased intensity. You must not have participated in many contact sports. Some players are sleeping dogs. Arrogant punks wake them up sometimes.

Sophomore slump...if he is as ballsy as he claims he is...he will come back stronger.
Is anyone forgetting...we did NOT have a nice New England schedule...im just saying
........but......but.... six sacks....three picks....the Bengals ? I'm just saying.

The NFL has a way of teaching arrogant young players humility. Bakers attitude motivates defenders to a higher degree of effort/aggression in my opinion.

We'll see which one is able to get theirs player minds right.

Greedy & Ward should be studs, but they aren't. I hope it's due to the lousy scheme. Right now, these guys have little interest in tackling.
Tackling was one of the few negatives in their predraft analysis if I remember correctly.

Sad post. Bad energy. We all knew what losing Myles meant, man. That hurt this team but we got played, Myles got played.
Myles played himself.

If any Steeler needed the shirt to get up for this game, then they need to find another profession.
Are you saying the phenomenon of " bulletin board material " doesn't exist ? It does. Athletes can be inspired to greater levels of aggression and motivation by various reasons and sht talk is one of them.

Opposing Defenses seem to be especially motivated against the Browns. I attribute "some" of that to the personalities of Baker Mayfield and OBJ. Those are the types of players Defenders salivate about laying a GOOD STICK on !

Well aren't you the sensitive one. Be best you avoid any All in the Family, Sanford and Son or Jefferson episodes. You sensitivity may leave you emotionally curled up in the fetal position.

I guess people were thicker skinned back in the day.

Nah. That dude was the biggest piece of crap when he played for the Seahawks. He literally has nothing to say about anybody for doing anything the rest of his career that I'd even stop to listen to, click on and read, etc.
Ok. I get it. Don't let specifics get in the way of a narrative. There's some truth to the statement that defenders appear to want to and are extra motivated to humble Baker. Sometimes you have to put the pom poms down and see whats really happening.

Ya.... Sherman complaining about the way someone else acts..... I'll move along now.
Curious as to what you disagree with in these particular Sherman comments ?
Defenders can absolutely be motivated to a higher sense of aggression and Baker seems to bring that out of these men. This ain't vs TCU anymore.

Something about players addressing their HEAD coach as "Freddie" doesn't come off as tight, disciplined and buttoned up. I wonder if any New England players refer to their coach as "Bill". More likely Coach or Coach Belicheck.

I'm glad we got rid of that fatass Zeitler in the offseason. What did he ever do anyway?
Has all the markings of an analytics/moneyball/marketing personnel move verses a FOOTBALL move.

Freddie ? Something different these days as players call head coaches by their first names. I wonder if 1st/2nd year players address New Englands coach as "Bill" ?

There was some chaos and disarray on the sidelines at times that may have carried over to the field. Staff needs to get that in order

Offensive Line matters. Too much butter not enough guns.

The pregame announcers kept mentioning Mitch didn't throw one preseason pass. It looked like it.
