  1. You had a chance to hire the bully but you hire the victim. Typical Browns...hire the guy who just got embarrassed. https://www.nj.com/eagles/2020/01/browns-coaching-search-did-49ers-robert-saleh-embarrass-vikings-kevin-stefanski-out-of-the-job.html
  2. Agreed. Mike Priefer coached the standout unit on the Browns.
  3. I take back what I said about you being humorless, this is the funniest post I've read in a long time.
  4. You're right Dutch, but believe it or not, I'm really not that interested in political talk. It started out as a joke but a humorless forum member was apparently too butt hurt to take it in the spirit of good natured camaraderie as opposed to comrade-ry. See, I can't stop. But threatening someone's free speech while accusing them of threatening free speech? It's noT haRd to imagine who woUld eMPloy this tactic.
  5. I know the comrades disagree, but speech is still free...for the time being anyway.
  6. Well, I thought it was very clever because it was both funny and terrifying at the same time. You know, because the USA is pretty much a part of Russia now.
  7. I was talking about the USA not rUSsiA
  8. Well, Jacksonville is the largest city in the US so that would account for a lot of support I would think.
  9. I know, it was my turn for funnin'.
  10. Don't you think it's enough what he's done to Baker? It's like the Simpsons episode where their dog goes to live with grandpa Simpson and starts to take on his aged appearance. Baker is gaining weight, looking slovenly and is a shadow of the QB he was last year.
  11. Sorry Tour2ma, I wasn't clear. I was just rattling off players who had issues stemming from a lack of discipline, not saying they were all yelling at coaches. Only OBJ and Landry were doing that. I think you know what whitehead and Garrett did and for some reason the coach can't properly manage Randle, Higgins and Njoku.
  12. Whitehead, Garrett, Randle, Higgins, Njoku, OBJ and Landry yelling at coaches and yes Baker calling out the medical staff and looking like a homeless wino during press conferences...is that enough for you???
  13. The problem is he has already proven that he doesn't do much learning from his mistakes. We continue to have discipline issues, he continues to make dumb calls, he continues to double down on his mistakes rather than owning up to them. This doesn't indicate someone who can make a positive leap forward and if we just wish it to be, it's us who taking an unfounded leap of faith. I'd rather stop the bleeding and get someone competent to run the team.
  14. Right on. C & D are the truly critical game results and of course we must beat Arizona.
  15. Ok Danno, you call your congressman and I'll call my bitch . 😂
  16. You, my friend, live in a rage sparked world of fantasy untouched by fact and reason. Take a break and step outside. It's good for you.
  17. Except of course by the biggest buffoon in the NFL. ...and then of course, who couldn't see this coming? Oh, I know who...the biggest buffoon in the NFL...
  18. I guess there's no point in arguing with you if you don't appreciate the difference between constructive and destructive discipline.
  19. The worst coach is the one who consistently make boneheaded decisions that lose their team games. The coach is unable to whip the team into shape and then he punishes the entire team because a few are not disciplined; which of course is the coaches fault to begin with. Being thoughtful with discipline that punishes the player but doesn't cost the team a game makes you a great coach/boss. The matter speaks for itself as we are seeing the results. I hope you like them.
  20. Benching him for one of the tougher remaining games is punishing the team as much as the player. The war is almost over so losing this battle pretty much loses the war. I wouldn't surprise if this demoralizes the defense. Just fine the guy and move on.
  21. No coach with a shred of common sense would think this was a smart thing to do. Not that we needed further evidence that Kitchens is completely clueless about being a leader.
  22. It baffles me that any Browns fan would want Mason Rudolph suspended at all. He's the worst QB Pittsburgh has had in a long time. Don't you want him playing and sucking?? Geez....big picture people...
  23. Not trying to be inflammatory, but you really have no idea what you're talking about. Swinging an object as hard as you can at someone's head which can lead to serious injury, paralysis or death i felony assault. Further he was yanking Rudolph's helmet so hard that he actually picket Rudolph up by the head. It looked like he was trying to break his neck. To me that was much worse than even hitting him with the helmet. Claiming self-defense is laughable.
  24. I hope I'm wrong but I think he'll be suspended indefinitely and be subject to psychological assessment before he is allowed near anything bearing the NFL crest, if at all. Someone in this topic commented that he "almost" committed a felony. There is no "almost".
