Yeah, I go week to week for defenses. We are 8 friends in my FFL. -

Shit, Tia. I just put a waiver on the Pats defense vs the Bears... -
🏈🏈Official Game Day Thread NE Pats vs Your Cleveland Browns🏈🏈
Nero replied to Canton Dawg's topic in THE BROWNS BOARD
Let me get this straight. That means we focused on improving the secondary, while our Dline has Garrett and other 3 players. We don't get pressure because if they double Garrett, no one can seize the opportunity, so we send blitzes 60% of the time. So then, our shiny secondary has to play more single coverages since they have one or two players less to cover, and they get beaten badly and make a backup QB look like Montana. Am I reading this correctly? -

I was watching theBrowns game with no sound on my main monitor while I was alternating between writing some notes for a song and watching the Redzone in the second monitor, with the guitar on my lap. The sound? Of the redzone/music. I think that 1h before the game ended I had moved the redzone to the main monitor. Apathy. -

I believe they kick with the inside part of the top of the foot, closer to the beginning of the big finger (idk its name). Kicking with the top of the foot means you can accompany better the movement of the ball upwards, while kicking with the inside adds accuracy, and allows you to kick with your body sideways thus using your hips full range of motion, which is the key difference. When you kick with straight hips you are using almost exclusively your leg. Football kicking lets you use not only your hip but also the back and the rest of the body to create inertia. I'm no expert, but I hope I could explain the phenomenon. -

As a Spaniard, I find this interesting, since it is a common technique here. But don't you ask me to throw a baseball or a football, I have no freaking clue -

Definitely the kicking is an almost exclusive talk between kicker, punter/holder and long snapper. I remember hearing Pat McAfee, who was a kicker in College and punter/holder in the pros, giving his opinion on wind etc to Vinatieri whenever he had to kick for the Colts. -
Rest in Peace, Bruce. You will be missed. ❤️

I understand the move to make it safer and more enjoyable. I think it is better than playing a fake football game where there are no hits (understandably so). I like the skill games and I watch the highlights every year.

Myles Garrett involved in single car crash
Nero replied to TypicalBrowns50's topic in THE BROWNS BOARD
I will never understand why would someone prefer having a sports car that will give you a few scares (maybe even risking your life) and driving tickets for using it as a sports car instead of a comfortable top class car with quality of life amenities that you can enjoy 100% of your rides on urban/suburban areas. If you wanna speed, there are tracks for that. Go there, spend as much money as you want and drive whatever car you wish (rental, sports car, whatever). I visited a racing track a few months ago and they insisted that friends would come to race and speed instead of doing it on the roads. If by some unfortunate event there is an accident? Escapeways are way safer. If there is an injury? The driver/biker could be in the nearest hospital in 15 minutes, with full medical assistance from the get go. Probably Myles wasn't doing anything crazy, but he definitely was speeding and I can understand the urge to do that when you have such a fast car. -

As a non American who has never been to a live game... Is that a good spot to watch the game? How much did you pay? I think I would love to be close to the action (hits, shouts etc) but at the same time I would miss having an upper view of the game. -
I don't recall. Streams put a lot of ads to get revenue so I wouldn't count on them being in a platform that regulates every uploader's ads like YouTube does.

Just like jrb said, Chubb scoring, York missing and, last but not least, defense sucking big time lost us the game. What an awful performance those last 2 minutes. Un-fucking-believable. -
The same way some low class worker from your town won't comprehend why you getting a pay rise was such a big deal to you when you were already winning doctor money. It's all about perspective, and these rich guys are asking money to 100x richer guys, while they play one of the most demanding and demanded sports.

I hope that call to go for it on 4th down was a bluff, because if not, I would be mad at Stefanski. If you're 14-7 up and you receive the ball on the 2nd half, you just put points on the board. -

OK, let's give the ball to Chubb, then to Hunt, then repeat the process. We'll do better. -
