He's gonna be 24 years old when the season starts.   He lead the league in rushing and was well on his way this season as well.   If he had just told the Chiefs the truth about this, he's still in KC and they probably win the super bowl with him.   Dorsey has a history with him since he drafted him and all and Dorsey isn't afraid of a little PR issues if he thinks the guy can help the team win games.   No question that Hunt makes the Browns a better team.

he is going to be a RFA at seasons end and if he play's well couldnt we just tag him and get something in return ?

OK....but Vagitron made it out like  Hunt being released was the only reason he didn't play much last year.

But...I am saying that if you are on an Exempt list....that means you are fucking suspended.  It would be semantics.    A rose by any other name would be just as sweet, a lemon by any other name would be just as sour.

you would think that they would take last years games missed into consideration one very cool thing i have not seen mentioned is that we only signed him to a one year contract and after that he is a RFA so will retain his rights

I don't think John Harbaugh is on thin ice in Baltimore... didn't he just sign a four year extension?

yes they did and as far as their qb after we made ajustmeants in the forth quarter the team that played the ravens in the playoffs we gave the blueprint to them and of course it worked their qb is a glorified rb and we will kick their fucking ass's both times next year infact you heard it here first we go 6-0 in are division next year

Im really only repeating what I've heard and that is that he's a first round QB in this year's draft.  Hell Kliff Klingsbutter said he'd pick him number 1 overall so maybe the Cardinals will take him first and trade Rosen.  Who knows.

or get a ransom for that pick

He's going to make a shitton more money being drafted in the NFL.    Plus he won't have to go to the minor leagues and ride a bus for a few years before playing in the Majors.   Longer career most likely in baseball but I think I'd take the NFL money over baseball.

the A's all ready gave him 4.5 million and are prepared to up the ante but what ever that amount is yep you are correct it will not match NFL money

I guess I have not heard.  What is this all about?

not sure why he is comparing Murray to huey any way here it is murray was drafted 9th over all by the A's and has just declared for the NFL draft so he will be the first person ever to be drafted in the first round by the MLB and the NFL

I've run out of "likes" or whatever they are called on here, or I'd give them all to Furnier for his post.

I've only been on here for a little over a year or so, so I had no interaction with Stan.

But from what people have said about him who did know him, he's someone who seemed to brighten the lives of those he did know. At the end of the day, that sounds like a successful life to me.

    Rest in Peace, Stan.

damn from reading i wish i could have met a good ole soul like him sounds like the type of guy that would help anyone out and someone who liked to have a good time

peace & love to all of you that knew him and of course to his family

The rpo doesn't need Tate to be successful. The P in RPO stands for pass. The read-option needs Tate Martell to be successful. Dwayne Haskins actually runs the RPO very well. Because in the RPO the quarterback isn't looking to run the ball he is reading the backside linebacker and if that guy flows with the Run he passes to the slant running behind him. The reason the RPO hasn't been successful for the Buckeyes is the front side of the line is run-blocking yet they can't fire off the ball for fear of getting ineligible downfield. The backside of the line is pass blocking and is not getting up to the second level to get seal blocks. I don't know why people can't understand the read option and the RPO are different things. The read-option is the one where you need a mobile quarterback. Another thing is the RPO was not what JT ran prior to last year here. Last year they ran it a little bit due to Kevin Wilson. Urban Meyer hardly ever ran an RPO offense prior to last year which has been a common misconception all year that that is his baby. when his baby is really the read-option offense not the Run pass option offense. Just for information before calling people ignorant.

what ever you want to call it when haskins is in the game it makes the defense have to account for him so unless you didn't notice did you see the holes that weber  had to run through ?

and so my point stands that the o-line is not the problem opposing D just have to stack the box because haskins is not a threat to run the ball

Michigan should win. This is not a very good OSU team. Michigan is playing very well.

That being said, I won't be surprised if Ohio State wins anyway.

as i said above and maybe not so much vs maryland but utilizing Martell and the rpo vs ttun will throw in a curveball  shiit man just play Martell the entire game

The line is so bad. They didnt even block him on that sack. Way to slow

they put up 135 yards on the ground vs the #1 ranked rush D and if they played Martell and be able to run the rpo which haskins can not do they would have even more yards on the ground so you saying the o-line sucks is just fuking ignorant
