This is why I hate talking here. You're talking about Hunter Biden being held accountable, I'm talking about the actual computer and whether or not it should be excluded. The computer repair shop owner discovered the files, it wasn't seized in a police or FBI raid and then the data discovered by the police. It's what Hoorta was talking about, chain of custody. Nothing more.

I don't see why it would be excluded. He left it at the shop and it was long enough he lost his right to it, not sure if that's in the small writing when bringing your device and not picking it up they have a right to sell it or do whatever they want. I think you also lose your expectations of privacy. If I turned over my laptop or phone to a shop of any kind I wouldn't expect them not to turn over anything I might have that's incriminating, it's not like I'm talking to my lawyer or psychiatrist.

I seen cases of crimes being caught on camera that people take to a store to develop used against them and the clerk calls it in.

  2. There's all kinds of things on a laptop that make it easy to identify such as accounts and passwords, and I'm sure they can trace his ip to wherever there's evidence of him being at the time.

Not only that, but there's literal video on the laptop.

His crimes are serious and he deserves to be be held accountable.

If you or I did those things, we'd deserve it too, however, I wouldn't do a fraction of the shit they got against him. He's a slime ball.

  3. The problem is this new measure will make the fan more expensive, possibly costing more than the savings over the life of the fan.

I have 5 fans in my house, all are still working from when we built the house 24 years ago. I wouldn't mind them being more energy efficient if they could do so without costing more or compromising reliability. What's the point in conserving if everyone is throwing busted ones out more often?

They hopefully do their job in lowering the use of our central air, in which case they already contribute to conserving.

  4. Christy is pathetic, all I seen him do is act like he was typing on the internet bashing people. Must have a fragile little ego.

That Rammy is at least fun.

I've only seen snippets of the debate, I should have watched for entertainment but I already know who I'm voting for.

    Robbie Gould

The oldest kicker on this list, Gould is heading into his age-40 campaign as a free agent after having spent the past six years with the 49ers. Last year, he saw full kickoff duties for the first time since 2016 with the Giants, and notched a career-best 47 touchbacks.

It wasn't a perfect season for Gould, however. He went 7-for-11 on kicks in the 40s, though he was a perfect two-for-two on 50-plus-yarders during the season. He finished the year with a field goal percentage of 84.4 percent and a near-perfect 50-for-51 on extra-point tries.

“Now, more than ever, the truth about Antifa and other radical left-wing violent groups must not be silenced,” CAL said.

It detailed what it said was a “targeted campaign of harassment and violence against Ngo”:

    • Antifa members assaulted and threatened Ngo to the point of causing lasting and significant physical injuries.
    • Antifa members publicized private and personal information about the whereabouts of Ngo and his family.
    • Antifa members attempted to break into his family’s home.
    • Antifa members stalked him in his daily life, harassing him and stealing his personal belongings.
    • Post Millennial reported that one of the defendants ordered to pay damages to Ngo, Sammich Overkill Schott-Deputy, is a “39-year-old trans-identified male formerly known as Joseph Christopher Evans, has an extensive criminal history across several counties and states. On the same day that Schott-Deputy had allegedly attacked Ngo, he was seen on video physically beating a separate individual on the head from behind using a weapon or tool.”
