Browns57 Posted April 1, 2010 Report Share Posted April 1, 2010 Free agent Jamal Lewis reportedly visited with the Saints earlier this week. So it's now safe to assume the 30-year-old is not retiring after all, at least not if he can find the right fit. The problem for the Saints is that he's the wrong man for the physical, short-yardage job. Despite his 245-pound frame, Lewis' choppy feet and lack of explosion have made him one of the worst short-yardage backs in the league the past couple of seasons.
