CLEVELandMILIDH
CLEVELAND -- Browns President Mike Holmgren will call the Rams one more time about trading up to No. 1 to draft Oklahoma Sam Bradford, according to ESPN's Michael Smith , who's reporting from Cleveland. Holmgren told Smith that he's willing to deal most of his 2010 picks and a pick or picks in 2011 to get Bradford, according to a series of tweet by Smith. Smith quotes Holmgren as saying, "Indications are they won't do it. All they can do is say no.'' Holmgren said he doubts the Browns will able to climb that high from No. 7. next2nothing
I really hope this doesn't happen. I think Bradford will be a good player but you can't sacrifice all your picks on the chance that he turns into the player you want him to.
BrownB499
No effing way! This indicates all we need is ONE player...and we're good to go for the next half dozen years Bullsh*t...this whole story's bull

The Gipper
How about instead we move down. Trade our #7 over all with San Francisco for their #13 and #17 picks? (Sure, I wouldn't do this if I were San Fran, but, like a good slice of fur pie, you can't get it if you don't ask for it, right? The worst either can say is no...and unless you are BR, that is the end of the matter, Right?)
