Robert Quinn of UNC gets a lot of talk as that dynamic force on defense the Browns might like. And it's a crazy good WR draft, or at least seen from here. Andrew Luck is only a junior, so gets no mention. The University of Houston seems to be the primogeniture of this comment going back to the days of Andre Ware and David Klingler, and now this Keesum.
