heckofajobbrownie
I used to have it 338-200, but I think Obama's got Florida and Ohio and North Carolina. The only swing state I think McCain gets is Indiana. Missouri could go either way, but I'm giving it to Obama. Obama: 364 McCain: 174 Take your guesses, if you like. Guest mz.
These are some huge numbers y'all are posting here. I suspect it'll be a tad closer than that.
Guest mz.
I mean, you're right, though. If you look at the numbers, and give McCain some "swing" states the numbers say he can't even possibly win, he still gets slaughtered...
Mr. T
Found in a rundown Boston estate: Barack Obama’s aunt Zeituni Onyango 'Auntie Zeituni', who, with Uncle Omar, dropped out of sight after moving to the US, is backing the presidential candidate from her delapidated flat Hey America this is how Barrack takes care of his family, I wonder How well Barrack will Take care of America? Pumpkin Eater
Where's the photos of McCain's crippled first wife that he left? How's that for treating family?
heckofajobbrownie
I'm going to revise mine a little, giving McCain Missouri and Indiana. Obama: 353 McCain:
heckofajobbrownie
The only movement he's getting on this socialist/Joe the Plumber stuff seems to be in Indiana and Missouri, so maybe he squeaks by in those two. On the flip side, McCain has absolutely no ground game in these places. North Dakota is another state McCain could conceivably lose.
OconRecon
I'll roll with the current RCP map on the theory most have decided based on the most communicated election of all time (i.e. TV, Internet, Texts, Twitter, etc.).
heckofajobbrownie
I'm tempted to give McCain North Carolina, but I still think Obama is going to win by a point or two there. I'm going to stick with 353-189. As for the national vote total, I'll guess Obama +5%. 51-46.
titleist585
Yeah, Gallup's "prediction" of 11 would just buck all history. I'm thinking a 5-7 point spread would be huge. I'm also backing off to 338 as of the moment. Around 300.
heckofajobbrownie
I can see McCain taking Indiana, Missouri, North Carolina, Florida, and Ohio. But pressed to guess, I only think it's going to be Indiana and Missouri.

heckofajobbrownie
I'm going to give McCain North Carolina. 338-200. And that's my final answer.
