hoorta
Actually Gip, Ravens are pretty amazing birds. The bigger cousin of the crow, they're considered about the smartest birds that fly. They do provide a service as nature's garbage disposal. I'll never forget seeing a Raven flying around the Sheldon Cabin on Mount McKinley- I have no idea what the thing was doing up there, unless there was a species of rock it fancied for dinner. Now wait a minute, are you going to tell us that the scavenging Ratbird: is better than our beautiful state bird of Ohio?:
The Gipper
Maybe what you saw was a condor, a magnificent bird: Oddly, the best place to see the California Condor is not in California, but at the Grand Canyon in Arizona. California Condors would be a good name for a football team, wouldn't it?
