Mangini (Belichick's mini-me) is very capable of keeping him out of practice just to keep the Steelers from knowing who to plan for. Damned if you do, damned if you don't! Well at least mangini is capable of doing something right, he can make opposing clubs DC's spend an extra 2 minutes laughing as they adjust from one browns QB to another by bringing 11 or 7 guys instead of 3 or 5!
