brnfan16
I was sorry to hear about Jim Donovan knownas the "radio voice of the Browns" has been battling leukemia for the last 11 years. He is going to undergo bone marrow transplants. He was very lucky to find a donor that he matched with for the operation. If all goes well he should recover in about 5 months. Jim quoted as saying "I hope to back behind the mike for the upcoming season". Good Luck to ya Jim. Many times through the years you and Doug made the game seem like we were there.I yelled and cussed and laughed and cheered at the radio while you made it sound so exciting. Hope to hear you both soon over the airwaves.
Canton Mike
He's in my prayers as well. I have a good friend who underwent a bone marrow transplant years ago (my wife & I think it's been 20+ years) & that devil is still kickin' & kickin' HARD! I pray that Donovan's results are as positive. Mike
