WHen the opposing D knows what is coming each play, NO OL can provide protection and holes. Plenty of other backs had HUGE days and were getting hit at the LOS. Julio JOnes took a pass that took only 1 .5 seconds to release, and added 70 yards and a TD to it. QB, WRs RBS all suck. THAT is your problem. Keep drafting linemen and you will see the same results. 3 - 13 because people with your lack of understandng of football are running the team. So thats why I kept hearing the same saying all these years over and over.... "It all starts in the trenches" I guess you know more than anyone else that's ever coached or played football before... This line is horrible, like the poster said, specifically with both guards and whoever is playing right tackle. Hicks or Pashos, it doesn't matter. They both are garbage. The line is the worst part of our team right now. At least these guards are getting some reps because they are young, but man, they look bad. But what I see is a duel poor effort--Colt holding the ball a little too long (bad receivers?) and the o-line breaking and crumbling down around him. Im watching the pitt and balt game. Ben has an umbrella around him when he throws and has A LOT of time to throw the ball. Colt has guys IN HIS FACE constantly and never has "too much" time to throw.
