I've really been wanting to do this type of thing but I feel like I'd get mad at the time it takes to do it right haha. But I couldn't agree more, awful coaching of mediocre players equals losing. I do somewhat disagree with you on Haden though. I do agree he is making the same mistakes and seems to trip at just the right time, but he's also showing good cover skills overall.
