While I deplore the anti gun environment in New York, different states can have different laws.

 

But gun ownership is a serious responsibility, as well as concealed carry.

 

How hard is it to simply know what other states' laws are?

 

But, I still believe the laws in NY are unconstitutional - a violation of the 2nd Amendment... I'm surprised they

haven't been struck down by now.

 

But the people making that mistake just aren't smart - very irresponsible.

you do realize that in today's society the constitution doesn't mean dick, right? It is absolutely frightening how little the constitution matters now. It is an outdated document and in the last 3-4 months alone there have been countless "unconstitutional" acts passed by congress because they are all corrupt fucking assholes.

The Constitution is EVERYTHING, it's ours, and it cannot be taken away.
