The panel is hearing a separate challenge to the health care law by physician-owned hospitals. The issue arose when a lawyer for the Justice Department began arguing before the judges. He isn't defending our Consititution, he's trying to supercede it with his own power, along with attempting to dictate and control our Congress, our electoral process, and more seriously, and dangerously, trying to intimidate, and control our Supreme Court.
