Actually it's not a bad move politically. Seems like no matter who is in power the attorney general is a target, and Holder seems to be more vulnerable than most.

It would be tougg for the president to mount an all out defense but his options would be limited to that or rolling over on him.

He is going after conservatives when he can invent any kind of excuse.

So, fast and furious was a deadly set up, to turn our 2nd Amendment into a problem.
