Alo Posted September 1, 2012 Report Share Posted September 1, 2012 Loved watching Jones play at MSU, but he's got kind of a square peg skill set. He's a high motor guy with good instincts but really struggles shedding blocks. And in the pass game, he was considerably more effective in college at blitzing than dropping into coverage (only 2 INTs over 4 years). That makes it tough to find him a spot playing in an NFL defense -- I guess he could be a decent reserve/special teamer, but would he better than what the Browns have? Tough to say.
